Sonam Kapoor Loses It: Actress Changes Fitness Plan To Keep Trim

Sonam Kapoor is an inspiration for all those who’re on a mission to shed some excess baggage. We’re talking about weight loss here! The actress lost 35 kilos in just a year after rigorous exercising and by following a healthy diet. The ‘Aisha’ star has now decided to step up her fitness regime with a new starry trainer on board!
Sonam felt that she needs to tone up and stay fit with her three films, ‘Thank You’, ‘Mausam’ and ‘Players’ in different stages of filming at the moment. And this B’Townie doesn’t compromise when it comes to fitness. It’s no wonder then that she’s signed up with a prominent instructor who’s even trained lovebirds Shahid and Priyanka for ‘Mausam’ and ‘7 Khoon Maaf’ respectively.
The trainer in question is more than pleased with his latest student and is now busy chalking out a new diet plan for Ms. Kapoor. “She loves food, but eats in small quantities. At the moment, my aim is to keep her energetic through her shoots,” he revealed in a recent tabloid quote.
With some professional help, Sonam will soon be fit for all her film roles!
