Berlin ‘Dhoom’: Aamir Khan Chucks Partying, Trains For Baddie Act

He takes dedication to a whole new level! Aamir Khan aka Mr. Perfectionist is so intent on his villainous act in ‘Dhoom 3’ that he’s training to get into shape for the character, instead of attending social dos at the Berlinale!
After refusing offers for three years, Aamir is finally a jury member at the Berlin International Film Festival. Though Khan is active throughout the day, watching three to four films and engaging in discussions with various cinematic luminaries, he prefers to give the evening galas a miss.
Instead, Aamir starts his day early and works out for two hours in the morning with a trainer flown down especially for ‘Dhoom 3’. And not just that, Khan’s also given the cancer stick the boot!
A reliable source says, “He rises early for his workout sessions and wants to be mentally and physically refreshed when he starts viewing the day’s movies. Since he wants to do complete justice to his role as a jury member, he’s not having any late nights.”
The ‘Dhobi Ghat’ actor’s trip has been a roaring success with prominent film personalities requesting the star for DVDs of his latest release. Khan even had to ask his office in Mumbai to organise some copies and dispatch them to Berlin at the earliest.
Aamir told a tabloid, “We started making ‘Dhobi Ghat’ as an experimental movie. But seeing the response it has evoked, I couldn’t refuse special requests from people who were eager to see it. I’m very happy for Kiran.”
